A gaming phone is usually about faster performance, a high refresh rate display and better cooling. The Infinix GT 50 Pro takes things a step further by bringing a collection of accessories that can turn the smartphone into a more complete gaming setup. The device is now on sale in India, with an effective price of Rs 64,999 under applicable bank offers. Customers also get a controller, a TV dock and a magnetic cooler as part of the package.

The GT 50 Pro looks tailor-made for those who spend a lot of time on their phones and want the flexibility to play on a bigger screen. Here’s what the device brings to the table.

Infinix GT 50 Pro Price In India And Sale Offers

The Infinix GT 50 Pro is priced at Rs 69,999 in India. With applicable bank offers, buyers can get it at an effective price of Rs 64,999.

What makes the package stand out is the gaming hardware included with the phone. Infinix bundles the GT NX Controller, GT NX Station and GT MagCharge Cooler 2.0. These accessories are designed to allow users to play games in different ways, whether they prefer to hold the phone, use physical controls or connect it to a TV.

Infinix GT 50 Pro: Top Specs and Features

The Infinix GT 50 Pro is powered by MediaTek’s Dimensity 8400 Ultimate chipset. This is paired with 12GB LPDDR5X RAM and 256GB UFS 4.1 storage.

The phone has a 6.78-inch 1.5K AMOLED display with a 144Hz refresh rate. Infinix claims peak brightness of up to 4,500 nits, while the GT Trigger 2.0 shoulder buttons are designed to provide additional control in supported games. The company also claims an AnTuTu score of over 2.2 million and support for up to 144fps gameplay in select titles.

Keeping the hardware cool during demanding sessions is the HydroFlow liquid cooling system. It uses visible cooling channels and a 7,700mm² vapor chamber to manage heat. This is especially relevant for users who play for longer periods of time, as sustained performance depends on how well a phone handles temperature.

The GT 50 Pro also packs a 6,500mAh battery. It supports 45W wireless charging and 30W wireless charging, giving users more than one way to power it up.

For cameras, the phone has a 50MP primary sensor with optical image stabilization, an 8MP ultra-wide camera and a 13MP front camera. It also supports Dolby Atmos audio.

The device runs XOS 16 based on Android 16. Infinix has promised three Android OS updates and five yearly security patches.

The accessories are what makes the GT 50 Pro different

The GT 50 Pro’s bundled accessories are designed to change how users play games on the device.

The GT NX controller adds physical controls and can be split into two Bluetooth controllers for supported multiplayer games. This could be useful for users who want to play with another person without relying on touchscreen controls.

The GT NX Station takes things to a bigger screen. It connects the phone to a TV or monitor and supports output of up to 4K at 60Hz. This means that users can switch from playing on the phone to a large screen setup without buying a separate console.

The GT MagCharge Cooler 2.0 combines active cooling with wireless charging. It offers 12W active cooling and 15W wireless charging, along with wireless bypass charging.

Infinix has also partnered with JioGames to offer access to more than 1000 games, including select AAA and cloud gaming titles. This gives users another way to discover games without relying entirely on titles installed on the phone.

Who should buy the Infinix GT 50 Pro?

The Infinix GT 50 Pro makes the most sense for those who want more than a phone that can run demanding titles. Its Dimensity 8400 Ultimate chipset, 144Hz AMOLED display and pressure-sensitive shoulder trigger give it the hardware to handle fast games, while the large vapor chamber and HydroFlow cooling system can help keep performance steady during longer sessions. The 6,500mAh battery also looks promising for users who spend hours playing games on the go.

What sets the GT 50 Pro apart, however, is its accessory ecosystem. The controller, cooling fan and TV connectivity make it a more flexible gaming setup, with the option to play on a larger screen or share controls with another player.

But these extras are mostly useful to someone who actually uses them. At an effective price of Rs 64,999, this is a phone for dedicated mobile gamers who want a console-like experience in their pocket. If you mainly play casual games, take photos or need a phone for everyday use, the gaming-focused features of the GT 50 Pro may not justify the price.
