We’re touching down to let people know that Amazon’s Fall Prime Day sale is getting a head start today – AirPods Pro 3 are now down to one of the lowest prices ever at $179 shipped.
While Fall Prime Big Deal Days is about 48 hours away, Amazon is getting things started well ahead of time and is now offering Apple’s flagship AirPods Pro 3 down at $179 shipped.
The current generation Pro has a $249 list and while we caught it at $199 a few times this summer, they’ve now dropped even lower to deliver a seriously remarkable discount at $70 off.
Apple has pretty much just released its all-new AirPods 5 in two flavors: the basic set with ANC at $129 and the upgrade set with the Wireless Charging Case. ANC on Apple’s just released new set at $129 provides serious value if you ask me, but it will run you $149 if you want the model with the wireless charging case and you can now even score the AirPods Pro 3 for just $30 more.
Pro 3 delivers 3x better active noise cancellation, longer battery life, much more advanced health features like onboard heart rate sensing capabilities, hearing aid features, and more.

The basic AirPods 5 at $129 are a solid buy, but the much more advanced AirPods Pro 3 at $179 is a seriously remarkable discount and one we’ve only tracked down once before to date.
The discount comes just a few weeks after Apple rolled out a bunch of new features to AirPods Pro 3 alongside iOS 27.
“AirPods are designed and engineered by Apple to faithfully represent music, TV shows and movies, and calls… If you prefer a different sound profile, you can customize how AirPods represent all the audio played.”
Other new features include new ways to control Adaptive Audio, better Find My integration and more.
