Casa Mira Prime Ormoc, which opened its inventory to the public on September 25, 2026, is the second Casa Mira development in the city. It follows the sold-out success of the first community in Barangay Luna.

Casa Mira Prime offers townhouses, duplexes, and single-family homes in the affordable to mid-market segment. The units are priced from PHP 2.7 million to PHP 3.5 million. The available models are:
- City Hall A: 47 square meters of floor space on lots of 54 to 78 square meters
- Calista Duplex: 50.04 square meter floor area on 80 square meter lot
- Cielo Single House: 48.63 square meter floor on 100 square meter lot
AMENITIES AND LOCATION
Casa Mira Prime Ormoc is designed around community living. Phase 1 features a function hall, playground and pocket parks, while Phase 2 will introduce additional amenities including a clubhouse, basketball court and swimming pool.
