Amazon has just launched Kindle+, the company’s latest offering to bring monthly content to users. Priced from $11.99 per month, the service offers subscribers instant access to millions of eBooks, audiobooks, comics, manga, and magazines, to name a few.
With the new subscription, subscribers can borrow (it’s 2026, in case you forgot) up to 20 titles at a time with no expiration date restrictions and return them whenever they want, without waiting lists. Some titles also include companion audiobooks, allowing users to switch between reading and listening to the same story at no additional cost.
In terms of hardware, Kindle+ is compatible with all Kindle e-readers, including the newly redesigned Kindle, Kindle Paperwhite, and Kindle Colorsoft line. Users can also access the service on any smartphone, computer or tablet using the free Kindle app on iOS, Android, Mac, PC, and on the web.

While the subscription is separate from Amazon Prime, it is available worldwide in countries including the US, UK, Canada, Australia, Germany, France, Japan and India. Users can check their eligibility for a free trial on the Kindle+ page, look for the Kindle+ badge and headphone icons in the Kindle Store, and cancel their subscription at any time through their account settings.
